3. Keywords in Meta tags – Title and Description:

It’s an essential factor for keyword ranking. You must keep title length between 10-70 characters and Meta description in between 150 to 160 characters.

4. Keyword Density:

Keyword density is the percentage of keywords or keyphrases that you have used in a webpage in comparison with the total number of words on the webpage. Ideal keyword density is about 1 to 3%.

5. Header tag Optimization:

Implement header tag optimization, especially H1, it can improve your search engine ranking. You can maximum use only one H1 tag.

6. Image optimization:

Optimize your all images, and make sure it must have alt tags and title tags.

1. Content Optimization:

2. Text/HTML Ratio:

Make sure your website must have 25 to 70% Text to HTML ratio.

3. Check for duplicate content:

Make sure that your content must not be duplicated elsewhere on the Web or not! You can check this with Copyscape or Plagiarism tool.

Links

1. Link Structure:

URL is a large ranking factor and SEO friendly URLs affect CTR. So use dashes instead of underscores in the URLs.

Example: Use “abc.com/abc-xyz” instead of “abc.com/abc_xyz”

2. URL Rewrite:

Make sure that all pages redirecting from non-www to www. You can implement this with htaccess file.

3. Canonical tag:

Make sure website have added a canonical tag, It’s an HTML element that helps webmasters prevent duplicate content issues by specifying the ”canonical’.

4. Broken links:
